A full electrical upgrade for a 177-flat residential development, delivered on behalf of Lambeth Council's principal contractor. Wren Electrical installed new sub-main supplies to every flat, replaced the existing distribution boards, and fitted new emergency and external lighting throughout the communal areas. The phased programme was planned around residents from start to finish, with every installation tested and commissioned to BS:7671.
